Power Pipes was formed in 1976 to initially provide a local service centre for hydraulic hose assemblies in East Lancashire. Demand from customers quickly led to a product expansion into pneumatics and then into industrial hose, couplings, and associated products.

For many years we operated from a small workshop in Barrowford however, in 2009 we moved to a new and larger premises in Nelson to improve production, increase stock levels, and add new product ranges to meet increasing customer demand. In 2019 we moved again (200 yards) to a modern 8,400 sq ft factory to better service our growing customer base.
